Fliposcope Custom Event Packages

How to Get Started:

Sign up and check your reception date with our schedule.

1. Purchase your Starter Pack. This will spark our team into action to make your Fliposcope event installation magical. Your rental reservations can now be held for your big event, and you will have a place on our print-run schedule for your keepsake Fliposcopes.

2. Check out our examples and then follow our simple step-by-step guide to plan your video shoot. After you sketch out a plan for your scenes, it’s time for the couple have a fun video shoot (can be with a friend or with videographer/photographer). Create a collection romantic and goofy fun and sweet “couple-videos". We recommend shooting at least 2 takes of each of your dozen  5-second "flip-scenes” in a variety of locations).

3. Now gather a bunch of your cute old baby pictures (24/person), digital or scanned...

4. The next bit of magic comes in the mail… The couple (or their friend/helper) will receive a package of 8 Blank Fliposcope kits to build out your scenes. The kits come together quickly and easily. Upload your best flip-scenes to our online-tool which will convert each scene into a printable PDF that can print out on any color printer (the color laser printer at your local print ship works great for this).

5. What about those baby pictures? The extra 2 Fliposcopes are for the baby pictures (24 per box) that can be gathered by the couple or the families. The digital baby pics are saved as JPEGs and resized to 800 pixels wide by 667 pixels tall. Files named as a sequence (01.jpg - 24.jpg) , then upload each group of 1-24 to our online tool.

6. You’ll need to make your finl payment to secure your rentals, decide if you want any package add-ons for the big event, then, make sure to make your payment for the remaining balance plus the refundable rental damage deposit.

7. Seven to ten days before your reception, your two rental “Flip Displays” are shipped to either the couple, the venue, or the event manager’s staging place. Your keepsakes will also come in the mail.

The included  rental displays for the base package are:

(1) a 5-box illuminated push-button sculptural display 

(2) a 3-box illuminated tabletop sculptural display which displays four stills alternating on each side, then plays a motion scene (usually of a kiss, embrace, or welcoming gesture) in the center box.(this unit usually features baby photos of the bride & groom randomly alternating on either side, and after every few photos a romantic kiss played in the middle box (see link)

10 sets of custom printed keepsake Fliposcopes are included in the base package, but more can be ordered. 

(Delivery date for custom printed Fliposcopes is subject to our print schedule and may not be event-ready for late reservations or last-minute orders)

8 Flipbook kits Used for testing out the flip scenes and can later be used as giveaways/keepsakes. 

(2 Event Rentals) Sculptural 5-box pushbutton illuminated flip display and a 3-box illuminated pushbutton display for reception table. 

Please note that if a videographer or Photographer is used for the “flip-video” shoot, they will charge their own rates (and they are invited to consult our pro-guide).
